Total Access Communication Public Company Limited, abbreviated as DTAC, is a Thai GSM mobile phone operator. It is the third biggest GSM phone company in the country, after AIS and True. Telenor, a Norwegian corporation, owns both DTAC and Telenor indirectly, thus the two firms share a logo.

DTAC was named Thailand's "Best Mobile Operator" three straight years (2005–2007) by the Asian MobileNews Awards 2007, which are conducted by Asian MobileNews Magazine.
